The team of the project ViLand Resort by Halim Zukic yesterday presented a letter of intent and project documentation in the Municipality of Visoko for the first Full of Life resort that would be constructed in the former army barracks in Visoko, near the center of the city, and just 3 kilometers away from the exclusion from Corridor 5C.
In the past 10 months, a team of experts from BiH, Slovenia, and Croatia, conceptualize the look and content of a unique project, equally attractive to domestic and foreign tourists, guided by the motto of ViLand Resort – Full of Life. Thus, this project would significantly improve the tourist offer of BiH, but it would also represent a certain impetus to the development of tourism of Visoko and the entire region.
The project is conceived as a sports, recreation and entertainment center, or a multifunctional center that would go beyond all current projects with its contents, and it will represent a new content that will impact the quality of life of citizens and attract a significant number of tourists.
On the area of approximately 9 hectares will be constructed numerous modern and compatible facilities that offer the possibility of development of weekend and residency tourism: wooden houses around a bio lake; hotel and spa with indoor green gardens and health centers; scouting zone that would include tents, bio lake and diving boards; camping zone; picnic areas; football and multisport fields; street workout and outdoor fitness; rock climbing; indoor and outdoor playgrounds; indoor and outdoor multifunctional space for organization of social, cultural and sporting events (concerts, exhibitions, team building meetings, lectures, presentations, weddings, bowling, badminton, etc.); closed market with food court; numerous restaurants as well as shopping facilities.
The citizens of Visoko will have a better quality of life with the construction of this project, and new workplaces will be opened with the opening of this complex as well. The final benefit will be visits of tourists.
