B&H Minister of Security Fahrudin Radončić and the Resident Representative of the United Nations Development Program (UNDP) Yuri Afanasiev signed in Sarjaevo a project document ‘Initiative for Disaster Risk Reduction in B&H’ and a standard letter of agreement between the B&H Ministry of Security and UNDP.
The total value of the project is 500.000 US dollars, and the project will last two years.
The concrete results are expected to strengthen policy and institutional requirements for disaster risk reduction at the state and entity level and the development of an effective system of preparedness and response to such occurrences.
