On 18 February there will be a promotion of “Parliamentarism in BiH” at the FBiH Parliament.
The book is a result of the joint work of seven authors in BiH, and it contains ten articles on the theoretical assumptions, needs and ways or organizing the representative bodies of the parliamentary structures in BiH, and the structural and procedural issues specific to the complex BiH parliamentary system.
Saša Gavrić, the Executive Director of the Sarajevo Open Center and Damir Banović, the Associate Scientist of the Sarajevo Open Center prepared the book. The authors of the articles are lawyers Maja Sahadžić, Goran Marković, Enis Omerović, Aida Kreho, Nedim Kulenović, political scientists Mirna Jusić and Nermina Saračević, and sociologist Zlatiborka Popov-Momčinović.
The promoters of the proceedings will be the Director of the Friedrich Ebert Foundation in Sarajevo Judith Illerhues, The Secretary of the FBiH House of Peoples Izmir Hadžiavdić, Director of the Sarajevo Open Center Saša Gavrić, Zlatiborka Popov-Momčinović of the Philosophy Faculty in East Sarajevo, Enis Omerović of the Law Faculty in Tuzla will be the organizers of the proceedings and will use their work experience on research projects as a guidance, such as the introduction to the political system in BiH.
