The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina formed the case after the illegal decree of the President of the Republika Srpska, Milorad Dodik, was published in the Official Gazette of the RS.
“In the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina, a team of three prosecutors was formed in the aforementioned case, who, together with the State Investigation and Protection Agency (SIPA), and other security and police agencies, are undertaking activities provided for by law, the results of which will be notified to the public,” they said from of the State Prosecutor’s Office.
As a reminder, the published decree states, among other things, that the decisions of the Office of the High Representative in BiH (OHR) will no longer be published in that BiH entity.
