mirko sarovic5Minister of Foreign Trade and Economic Relations Mirko Sarović and Deputy Secretary of State Minister for National Economy of Hungary Aaron Mark Lenner signed today in Sarajevo Protocol on cooperation of small and medium enterprises.

The meeting was attended by the Ambassador of Hungary in BiH Jozsef Pandur, head of the Directorate for SMEs Istvan Vagacs, economic counselor at the Embassy of Hungary Tibor Sult and Assistant Minister for Small and Medium Entrepreneurship in MSTEO BiH Dragan Milovic.

Šarović minister said that Hungary is an advanced country that is a member of the EU, and a friendly country with which BiH has good political and economic relations. Also, Hungary is one of the most important foreign trade partners.

Lenner said that this cooperation will be successful for Bosnia and Hungary, and to bring new features such as employment. The focus will be areas such as agriculture, industrial automation and energy – said Lenner.

The intent of the Protocol is to provide support to strengthening the competitiveness of Hungarian and BiH companies on regional and global markets, and ensuring the exchange of information, experiences and mutual protection of interests within the SME sector.
