Public Enterprise Elektroprivreda BiH achieved Record Revenues!

In the last year, Public Enterprise “Elektroprivreda BiH d.d. Sarajevo” achieved total revenues of 1 billion and 60 million BAM.

The net profit is 52.38 million BAM, which is multiple increases compared to the planned profit (15.91 million BAM).

According to the EPBiH indicators, compared to 2017, the financial result is better for some 60 million BAM, with expenditures being reduced by more than 155 million BAM compared to 2017.

During 2018, the number of end customers increased by more than 8,000, and customers were supplied with electricity.

Elektroprivreda BiH produced 7,245 GWh of electricity in 2018, and it is the increase in production by 3.4 percent compared to 2017 was primarily due to the very favorable hydrological situation in the first few months of the year.

The share of hydro power plants in total electricity production was 22 percent, which was more than planned and realized during 2017.
