What is the Rank of BiH according to Happiness of the Citizens?

svetski-indeks-srece-jesmo-bedni-ali-nam-ne-smetaAccording to the latest research about countries where the happiest people live (World Happiness Report 2016) in which 157 countries participated, the happiest people live in Denmark, Switzerland, Iceland, Norway and Finland.

Other countries on the list of top ten countries where the happiest people live are Canada, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Australia and Sweden.

Among top 20 countries with the happiest people are Israel, Austria, USA, Costa Rica, Puerto Rico, Germany, Brazil, Belgium, Ireland and Luxembourg.

Results of the index of happiness were obtained with the analysis of numerous studies that included the most important social factors that influence subjective happiness, including economic, health and psychological factors.

Ten of the happiest countries are mostly industrial countries of the western mentality and of small to medium size, and as much as seven of them are from Europe.

When it comes to the Balkans, the happiest people live in Slovenia (63rd place), and they are followed by citizens of Croatia (74th place) and Kosovo (77th place).

Serbia is on the 86th place, Bosnia and Herzegovina 87th and Montenegro 88th on the index of happiness.

According to this index, the least happy citizens in the region are those in Macedonia (95th place) and Albania (109th place).

The least happy people in the world are citizens of Madagascar, Tanzania, Liberia, Guinea, Rwanda, Benin, Afghanistan, Togo, Syria and Burundi.

The last ten countries are mostly poorly ranked because of the poor socioeconomic conditions, frequent diseases, violence, corruption, and low GDP.
