airportThe International Airport in Sarajevo marked 600.000 passengers on 9 November.

International Airport Sarajevo achieved a historical success in regards to the number of passengers during the calendar year, which now exceeds 600.000, while the previous record was marked in 2011 with 599.978 passengers. This achievement is due to the efforts of the board but also due to the commitment of the entire team to reach business objectives.

This record was expected by the end of December 2013, and due to the constant increase of traffic this record was achieved almost 2 months earlier.

Avio-operations marked growth as well. In October there were 518, which is 12 % more than in the same month of 2012.

A progressive business trend at the International Airport Sarajevo is expected for the next period as well.
