eu-zastava-flagMembers of the Collegium of the House of Representatives and the House of Peoples of the Parliamentary Assembly of BiH met with the Delegation of the Commission for Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives of the Italian Parliament. At the meeting, held in Sarajevo, it was concluded that BiH, in preparation for EU accession, fulfilled a relatively high percentage of the reform agenda.

“Major tasks expected from BiH to be fulfilled, and as most important ones are the work on the implementation of the Constitutional Court’s decisions and the judgment of the European Court of Human Rights, as well as the electoral legislation reform,” the BiH Parliamentary Assembly said.

It was jointly estimated that further work on the signing of the Economic Cooperation Agreement between BiH and Italy should be further accelerated.

Members of the Delegation of the Commission, led by Fabricio Cicito, pointed out that they were very interested in the situation in the Western Balkans, saying that without the stability of this region there is no stability in Europe.
