150213081-6_xlAdvisor to the director of the company Compact Invest Moussa Fattah and director executive of the company Butmir Lejla Hasibović signed on Friday, November 11, an agreement on the construction of a shopping center in the residential-business complex Sarajevo Waves in Ilidža.

The investment is worth around two million BAM and works on the preparation of the construction site are in progress. The works are scheduled to begin next week.

Spokeswoman of the company Compact Invest Edina Muslić said that this is a Kuwaiti investment worth 50 million BAM and that one building has been completed so far.

“As it is already known, Butmir was the contractor on Sarajevo Waves 1, for which we received an award for the best implementation. We expect the same from our future cooperation,” Muslić said.

The shopping center will have three floors and a contract on accommodation has already been signed with the company Amko Komerc. This facility will also include a restaurant, playroom for children, and other attractive amenities.

“We announce the construction of the second residential building, Sarajevo Waves 2, as of March next year, and apartment sales will begin immediately after the issuance of the construction permit,” said Muslić.

Signing of the agreement was attended by the Mayor of the Ilidža Municipality Senaid Memić.
