Within the 8th round of the Italian soccer elite, Roma defeated Empoli in Rome with a score 3: 1. The first half of the match was completely uneventful, and ended without single goal.
Later on, players of Rudi Garcia played much better. B&H football player Miralem Pjanic scored from a free kick in the 55th minute of the match.
Only three minutes later and with the assistance of Pjanic, De Rossi checkmated goalkeeper of Empoli thus marking his 500th performance in the jersey of Roma in the best way possible.
In the 69th minute of match, Salah increased the score at 3: 0. A minute earlier, Pjanic left the game and he was replaced by a Turk – Ucan.
After 75 minutes, visitors reduced the score on the final 3: 1 when Buchel scored.
Edin Dzeko, the other B&H national team player who also performs for Roma, watched the match from the bench for reserve players.
After eight rounds, Roma achieved 17 points. They are currently on the second place.
