The Republika Srpska Pension and Disability /PIO/ Insurance Fund announced that the Government of the RS has approved funds and that 337,000 BAM have been paid from the Workers’ Social Care Program for 2023.

The funds are distributed to the PIO Fund, of which BAM 240,312 is intended for partial payment of contributions for pension and disability insurance for 178 employees of the company “Dalekovod TKS” from Doboj.

The amount of BAM 96,687 is intended for the payment of contributions for pension and disability insurance for 17 workers from 14 companies who applied to the public invitation of the PIO Fund of the Republika Srpska, open until December 31, 2023, and who, with the payment of the aforementioned funds, acquire the conditions for old age pension.

Workers to whom the funds have been paid, thus fulfilling the conditions for a pension, can immediately submit a request for exercising the right to an old-age pension in the competent office of the PIO RS Fund.
