The Collegium of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly decided on June 2 this year that the Emergency Session devoted primarily to the topic of traffic safety will be held today, June 9, 2023, starting at 10 a.m.

As stipulated in the Rules of Procedure of the Sarajevo Canton Assembly, the agenda of this session will be determined at its beginning.

Let’s remind you, at the last regular working session, the Sarajevo Canton Assembly adopted the initiative to hold an emergency session on this topic, in order for the public to get detailed answers to numerous questions, after the tragic death of the young doctor Azra Spahić in a serious traffic accident.

The members of the Collegium accepted the proposal of the present members of the Sarajevo Canton Government to discuss and offer a solution to the current issue of (non) payment of school fees at the faculties of the University of Sarajevo.

The session will be held in the large hall of the Municipality of Centar.
