Sarajevo presented at the Fair of Travel in Riyadh

Sarajevo Book Fair abrasmedia.infoContinuing with the promotional activities, the Tourist Board of Canton Sarajevo, in cooperation with Al Shiddi Group, participated at the Fair of Travel that was held in Riyadh last week.

A representative of the Tourist Board of Canton Sarajevo Faruk Caluk said that this is one of the largest fairs for the presentation of tourist potential in this part of the world.

He added that at the fair, besides representatives of the Tourist Board of Canton Sarajevo, also participated representatives of Hotel Bristol, Hills, Hollywood, Ilidza, Malak Regency and “Tarcin Forest Resort and SPA”.

“As before, this year again was recorded a great attendance of the fair, and BiH was in the center of interest of many visitors. Besides mentioned, local companies, our country and the city of Sarajevo was promoted by several foreign companies as one of the top destinations as well,” said Caluk.

He also noted that the stand of representatives of BiH during the fair was visited by the Ambassador of BiH in Saudi Arabia Ibrahim Efendic, as well as the Mayor of Sarajevo Abdulah Skaka.

Besides BiH and the Gulf countries, its tourism potentials in this year’s fair in Riyadh also presented Indonesia, Turkey, Egypt, Tunisia, Sri Lanka, Maldives, Austria, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Ethiopia, the Netherlands, Poland, Germany, the Philippines and other countries.
