Scientific Conference ‘June 5 – World Environment Day’ started

13318975_1777471112489565_1055278535_nTwo day scientific conference ”June 5 – World Environment Day ” started yesterday in Bihac, and on the opening was emphasized that this city is the place where is possible to talk about protection of the environment because it is in the stage of construction of sewerage and ‘rainfall’ networks and facilities for waste water treatment, with which Una River will be more protected.

The conference is organized by the Biotechnical Faculty in Bihac with the support of the Ministry of Physical Planning and Environmental Protection of the Una-Sana Canton and the city of Bihac.

Participants from BiH and the region will discuss the protection of the ecosystem, environment, food and health, ecological agriculture, forest management, waste management and energy efficiency.

The event was attended by the Minister of Environment and Tourism of FBiH, Edita Djapo and relevant minister from the RS, Srebrenka Golic, as announced from the city of Bihac.
