President of the Party of Democratic Action (SDA) Bakir Izetbegovic will meet in the Presidency with the President of the Social Democratic Party (SDP) of BiH Nermin Niksic today.
SDP Secretary-General Irfan Cengic confirmed that the meeting will be held in accordance with parliamentary democracy.
“The party that received the highest number of votes has the responsibility to try to form the state and federal government. This is the reason why we responded to today’s meeting, which in no way means cooperation with SDA,” Cengic said.
According to him, SDP remains committed to the left parties and other parties with which it forms cantonal governments.
