In the first match of the playoffs for the European Championships in France, the national team of B&H drew with Ireland at Bilino Polje with a result of 1:1. Senad Lulić commented on the match afterwards.
“We knew that they are a tough team and that they are strong in cons. We can be satisfied, because if the result remained at 0:0 we would still have to score a goal just like we do now”, Lulić said.
The player of Lazio, who was replaced by Hajrović in 88th minute, believes that fog was not a problem.
“Fog was not the problem. I think that this night as well we demonstrated true character. We created opportunities and we could have scored two or three goals. We are going after qualification. We believe in ourselves”, the B&H national team player added.
