Serbian MoI: Around 107,000 People Protested Across Belgrade

According to police estimates, at today’s gatherings at all locations in Belgrade, the number of protest participants was around 107,000, of which the largest number came from the interior, and at the moment the number of participants has decreased and is continuously decreasing, the Ministry of Interior of Serbia announced.

There have been no major incidents and violations of public order and peace so far, and the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Serbia appealed to the participants of the protest to preserve the peace and dignity of Serbia in the coming hours, in the spirit of civic responsibility and respecting the laws.

The absolute priority of members of the MUP is the safety of all citizens, the protection of public order and peace, life and property, and they will do everything, in accordance with their powers, to perform this task at the highest level, the press release added.
