The head coach of the Bosnia and Herzegovina national team, Sergej Barbarez, has announced the list of Dragons for the play-off match for the World Cup against Wales.
The dragons will play against Wales in the semifinals of the play-off for the World Cup and fight for a place in the final, and Barbarez is counting on the following players in that game:
Goalkeepers: Nikola Vasilj, Martin Zlomislić, Osman Hadžikić.
Defense: Sead Kolašinac, Amar Dedić, Nihad Mujakić, Nikola Katic, Tarik Muharemović, Dennis Hadžikadunić, Stjepan Radeljić and Nidal Čelik.
Midfield: Ivan Šunjić, Benjamin Tahirović, Dženis Burnić, Amir Hadžiahmetović, Amar Memić, Ivan Bašić, Esmir Bajraktarević, Armin Gigović and Kerim Alajbegović.
Attack: Ermedin Demirović, Jovo Lukić, Samed Baždar, Edin Džeko and Haris Tabaković.
Dario Šarić, Emir Karić and Jusuf Gazibegović have been called up, who will get a chance if there are injuries to players on the main roster.
New names compared to the last list are Nidal Čelik and Jovo Lukić, stopper of French Lens and forward of Romanian Universitatea Cluj.
The duel with Wales is scheduled for March 26 in Cardiff, and the winner of this match will play against the better team from the duel between Italy and Northern Ireland in the play-off final.
If the Dragons make it to the finals, they would host the final match at Bilino Polje on March 29.
