A sleepless night is behind the citizens of Tuzla Canton due to heavy rain, which caused great damage in a very short time. A state of natural disaster has been declared in the area of the municipality of Celic. Authorities say at least 200 residential and other buildings have been flooded, and are urging citizens to be careful.

He points out that out of four economic entities that employ over 150 workers in Celic, all four were under water.
About 50% of the greenhouse production in the area of Celic and Ratkovici was under water and those greenhouses were almost blown up, the torrent took away. The torrent carried cars in the city itself. It is difficult to estimate how much damage, but they are certainly multimillion. Consider housing, agricultural production where at least 50% of the population lives from greenhouse production. Hrustanovic states that the budget of the municipality of Celic can meet some basic needs, and that they will need the help of the cantons and the Federation, as well as the state, to repair the damage.
