160909082-10_mnEmployees of the Public Enterprise “Lokom” completed the reconstruction of four sports and two children playgrounds in Alipašino Polje and one sport playground in the Franje Kluza Street in Briješće. Works in Dobrinja will commence next week.

Works are being executed within the emergent repair of children and sport playgrounds for whose implementation the Municipality of Novi Grad allocated 100.000 BAM in the budget.

The reconstructions are an intervent activity by the Municipality, aimed at making all playgrounds ready to be submitted to the Cantonal Public Utility Enterprise “Park” for further management and maintenance, in accordance with the Decree of the Government of the Sarajevo Canton on arrangement and maintenance of green and recreation areas in the Sarajevo Canton reached on May 20 this year.

According to the Decree, the Municipality will remove the faulty devices at their expense and in accordance with financial capabilities, they will place new devices and requisites in accordance with current standards, and then the relevant utility enterprise will take over their maintenance.
