The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina made a decision on the appeal of the convicted Fahrudin Solak and Fikret Hodžić, by which it confirmed the decisions rejecting the requests for postponement of the execution of the criminal-legal sanction.

Convicted persons were informed that they are obliged, within three days from the date of receipt of the decision on the appeal, to report to the Institute for the Execution of Prison Sentences, Custody and Other Measures of Bosnia and Herzegovina in Vojkovići to serve their prison sentences.

Also, the Court received the appeal of the convicted Fadil Novalić on the rejection of the request for a postponement of the execution of the prison sentence.

The appeal postpones the execution of the sentence, the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.
