The Minister of Public Administration and Local Self-Governance of the RS Lejla Rešić spoke with the Deputy Head of the OSCE Mission in BiH Nina Suomalainen on the upcoming amendments to the law on local government, which is related to a labor-law status in local governments.
They also talked about defining the obligations of the municipalities when it comes to utility companies that are in their possession, and alignment with other legislation, which came into force 8 years ago.
At the meeting they spoke about the application of article 3 of the law on local governments, which speaks of the equal representation of all people in government agencies, as well as the realization of the project Bikon scheme that is being carried out in cooperation with the OSCE.
