Ten Months in Prison for the person who stole Bruce Lee Monument from the Mostar Park

The Municipal Court in Mostar, based on the indictment of the HNŽ County Prosecutor’s Office in Mostar and after a plea bargain was concluded, rendered a verdict declaring D.P. guilty. (1978) from Mostar due to well-founded suspicion that he committed the extended criminal offense of “Aggravated Theft”.

The court sentenced him to ten months in prison, the County Prosecutor’s Office confirmed.

Let’s remind, with the indictment of the HNŽ County Prosecutor’s Office in Mostar, the accused D.P. it was charged that in the time period from February 29, 2024 to April 7, 2024, with the aim of obtaining an illegal property benefit, he stole money and various articles in three separate cases and thus committed a prolonged criminal offense “Serious theft”, in different localities in Mostar, Bljesak.info writes.
