City of Mostar will mark the tenth anniversary of the entry of Old Bridge to the UNESCO world heritage list with a manifestation that will be held on 3rd and 4th July, as announced from the City Administration Mostar.
According to the protocol of the manifestation, a Conference “Historic Urban Landscapes“ will be held on 3rd July on 9.00 a.m. in the City Hall Mostar.
At the opening of the mentioned conference, attendees will be addressed by the Mayor of Mostar, Ljubo Beslic, Head of the UNESCO Office in B&H, Sinisa Sesum and the Minister of Culture and Sport of the Federation of B&H, Zora Dujmovic.
Opening of the store of Mujaga Komadina (Mala Tepa 1) is provided at 8.00 p.m., where attendees should be addressed by the deputy Minister of Civil Affairs of B&H, Djordje Milicievic and the Mayor Beslic.
A concert “The bridge that hugs the coasts“ will be held at 10.00 p.m. at the plateau under the Old Bridge.
Also, handing of an award of the Center for Peace to Irina Bokova, the director of the UNESCO, was provided.
After that, addressing of the Chairman of the B&H Presidency, Mladen Ivanic, will follow.
On Saturday, 4th July, the second day of the event, a concert Zeljko Joksimovic and friends (Petar Graso, Jelena Tomasevic and Tonci Huljic) will be held at 10.00 p.m. at the plateau under the Old Bridge.
Entrance is free for all citizens.
