The fourth edition of the “Know Your Market” seminar series on creating and increasing demand on the market of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland will be held on May 19 in Sarajevo, USAID Tourism announced.

The fourth series of “Know Your Market” seminars will be led by Chris Woodbridge-Cox, who will share his experience on how Bosnia and Herzegovina can take advantage of the great potential of the UK market.

Woodbridge-Cox will explain the specific characteristics of travelers, the nature of the UK tourism market, and present opportunities closely linked to the leisure segments, as well as specialist segments such as adventure, winter tourism and Catholic pilgrimages.

Also, he will discuss strategies and tactics that tourism organizations, tour operators, travel agencies, hotels and service providers can implement with the aim of improving awareness, interest and consideration of the destination and the tourism services included in the offer.

This event is open to representatives of the tourism sector who want to access the UK market, or those who are looking to expand their business and increase the number of bookings.

These include: inbound tour operators and travel agencies, experience providers, hotels and small accommodation units, tourist boards and clusters, and public policymakers and government officials.
