The Allocation of 22.2 million BAM from Tolls approved

Tolls Revenues Allocated klix.baYesterday the Managing Board of the Indirect Taxation Authority (ITA MB) of B&H adopted the Decision on determining temporary coefficients for the allocation of funds from the single account for the period from July to September 2015.

According to this decision, the temporary coefficients for the allocation of revenue for the third quarter of this year were identified at the amount of 63.85 percent for the Federation of B&H, 32.60 percent for the Republic of Srpska, and 3.55 percent for the Brcko District.

The ITA MB also adopted the decision on temporary allocation of revenue from the tolls for the highways which remained at the sub-account of the single account.

Following the adoption of this decision, 22.207.168 BAM will be available, which is divided in a way that 59 percent (approximately 13.3 million BAM) belongs to the FB&H, 39 percent (around 8.8 million BAM) will be allocated to the RS, and two percent (approximately 450.000 BAM) to the Brcko District.

By this decision, the funds in the amount of 10 percent of the total revenue generated from the tolls for the highways are temporarily allocated, and it was concluded that the legal solutions for the final, not the temporary distribution of these funds, shall be determined in the future.
