The Court of B&H: Trial for Naser Oric to start on Monday

oricOn Monday, the 28th of September 2015, at the Court of B&H, will start the trial for Srebrenica War Commander Naser Oric and Sabahudin Muhic against which the Court confirmed the indictment for crimes against prisoners of war in the area of Srebrenica and Bratunac.

Oric, the former Bosnian army general, and Muhic, member of the Bosnian Army unit, were accused that they have killed 3 prisoners of Serbian nationality in 1992 in villages Zalazje, Lolici and Kunjerac.

In 2008, the Hague Tribunal acquitted Oric of charges that he committed war crimes in Srebrenica.

Oric is defending himself from freedom, under prohibiting measures.
