The Families of the Israelis, who are trapped in Gaza, say that their Blood is on Netanyahu’s Hands

A group of relatives of the hostages held by Hamas in Gaza issued a public statement demanding an immediate deal to free those who remained alive after soldiers returned the bodies of three captives from Gaza two days ago.

“We are telling the war cabinet: we must urgently rescue all the hostages who are still alive and return the dead to be buried in Israel. The way to do that is through an agreement,” said Yehudit Cohen, whose son Nimrod was held hostage in Gaza.

Einav Moses, daughter-in-law of captive Gadi Moses says Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu deliberately sabotaged talks on a hostage release deal and that his government “gave up on the hostages.“

“The blood of the abductees is on Netanyahu’s hands and those who cooperate with him,” Moses said.

The family say the operation, which is underway in the southern Gaza city of Rafah, means the government has abandoned the hostages who remained alive.

There are close to 125 hostages in captivity in Gaza, and some of them, according to Hamas, were killed in Israeli attacks on Gaza. According to messages from Gaza, Hamas is ready to release all hostages in exchange for a permanent ceasefire and the withdrawal of the Israeli army from the Gaza Strip. Netanyahu has repeatedly said that he will not give up on the goal of destroying Hamas, Klix.ba writes.
