The FB&H Government to give 20 Million BAM to Coal Mining Industry

vladaThe Government of FB&H has decided to approve the expenditure programs “Subsidies to public companies – consolidation of the coal mines in the Federation of B&H,” which are established in the FB&H Budget for 2015 to Federal Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry, as announced from the Office of Public Relations of the FB&H Government.

20 million BAM of funds will be spent for the settlement of obligations for pension and disability insurance and salary tax liabilities for the coal mines in the Federation and the Rudnici boksita d.o.o. Posušje, in accordance with the Law on Financial Consolidation of the Coal Mines in the Federation of B&H toward the accrued but unsettled public revenue in the period from 2009 to 2015 and the conclusion of the Government of FB&H from October the 12th, 2014.

The funds listed in the program will be deployed based on the decision issued by the Federal Minister of Energy, Mining and Industry.  The Ministry of Energy, Mining and Industry and the Federal Ministry of Finance are entrusted for the realization of this decision, each within its own jurisdiction.
