The Judge rejected the Request that the Monster not approach Nizama

The judge who did not prohibit Nermin Sulejmanovic from approaching Nizama Hecimovic copied part of the decision in this case from another case. Four days later, Sulejmanovic made a horror in Gradacac.

At the beginning of July this year, Nizama Hecimovic asked the competent institutions to protect her from her unmarried husband and abuser Nermin Sulejmanovic.

The portal Istraga.ba learned that this summer Nizama managed to escape from their shared house with a nine-month-old baby, and in early August, with bruises on her face and body, she asked for help from the Tuzla Canton (TC) police. She was afraid to testify and only asked for help.

On August 7th, the police asked the Municipal Court in Gradacac to prohibit Nermin Sulejmanovic from approaching his wife Nizama.

“The request of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of TC to impose the proposed protective measure prohibiting harassment and stalking of a person exposed to violence and a protective measure approaching the victim of violence is rejected, and the proceedings are suspended,” ruled the municipal judge from Gradacac, Lejla Numanovic.

From her explanation, it is evident that the judge had a form, andshe mixed up other cases of domestic violence with this case.

In part of the decision, the name of a man named Muharem Celosmanovic suddenly appears as the perpetrator of violence instead of the name of Nermin Sulejmanovic, and the appearance of her name in the explanation also proves that it is really about the case of Nizama Hecimovic.

Four days later, Nermin Sulejmanovic broke into Nizama’s uncle’s house (the husband of her aunt), where she was hiding. He fired four shots at her uncle and hit him in the leg.

He kidnapped Nizama and took her to a cottage near Gradacac, and then he turned on the camera and started broadcasting the torture and murder.

He then killed two men and then committed suicide.

The TC Prosecutor’s Office announced on Friday that the killer was reported for domestic violence four days ago. Unfortunately, the institutions failed completely again, and three lives were lost, Klix.ba reports.
