The largest regional leadership and talent conference DRIVE 2018, which is a conference on leadership and development of employees, will be held on September 27,in the organization of the company “Kolektiv and it will take place in the premises of the Congress Center of hotel Terme in Sarajevo.
The conference is intended for everyone engaged in the management and development of employees in both private and public sector: directors, managers, owners of companies, HR professionals, team leaders and department leaders.
The star of the conference is Karin Volo, an expert for engagement of employees, personal and organizational development, and the author of the bestseller “Engage”. Karin has more than 15 years of experience in the work with international Fortune 500 companies on two continents, and she gained detailed insight into processes of transformation of organizational culture, management of work performance and development of organizations. Her main mission is to introduce joy into workplaces. Participants of this conference will have the opportunity to listen to numerous domestic experts through lectures and interactive workshops.
This year’s conference will bring numerous novelties: recognitions for Best HR practices will be awarded for the first time in BiH within the Leadership and Talent Conference DRIVE 2018. A public call for all companies that would like to submit their HR projects in order to receive recognition for the best HR practice has already been announced.
