bh-pasosThe Ministry of Security of Bosnia and Herzegovina fulfilled the last remaining obligation of the road map for the visa-free regime, which is the closing of 22 locations suitable for the illegal crossing of the border between Bosnia and Herzegovina and Montenegro.

The Ministry has fulfilled this obligation with the help of the Swiss Embassy in B&H, which has provided the necessary funds for the closing of these locations.

The closing of these locations will result in the reduction of all forms of cross-border crime, trafficking, illegal migration, smuggling of all kinds, and increase the overall level of  border security. The fulfillment of these obligations is one of the conditions for the retention of the non-visa regime for B&H citizens.
