The Project “Parkovi Dinarskog Luka” at Ekobis 2013 in Bihać

una bihaćTrade Fair “Ekobis 2013” has entered the final phase. The deadlines for the submissions have ended on 31st July, and partners in the organization of the fair have confirmed their full support. Partners are also members of the Directorate of the fair, among them are the Government of USC, the Ministry of Economy, The Development Agency USC Tourist Una-Sana Canton, National Park “Una”, Chamber of Crafts Una-Sana Canton and Agricultural Institute of Una-Sana Canton, JP RTV Una-Sana Canton.

In this year’s fair will be presented the project “Parkovi Dinarskog Luka” (Parks of Dinarian Bow), whose performance has been agreed with the National Park “Una”. This is the proof that the beauty of protected areas is connecting the region, because the nature does not have borders, reported Novi Radio Bihać.

Performance of “Parkova Dinarskog Luka” is the first appearance on this kind in events such as fairs, which carries eco sign and speaks in favor of this year’s fair theme – sustainable development in the protected areas.

There will participate even the representatives of nature parks “Hutovo blato”, “Lonjsko polje”,” Brijuni “,” Kozjansko-regijski park “,” Krka “Parka prirode”, “ Medvednica”, and of course NP “Una”.  National Park “Tara” from Serbia will confirm the participation until the end of August. They will be presented in a separate fair “island” in an area of ​​about 100 m2.

“Parkovi Dinarskog Luka” is a project of global non-governmental organization for the protection of nature WWF , based in Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Croatia, Macedonia, Slovenia and Serbia. The slogan is “Undiscovered World”, the nature protectors want to promote the Dinarian Bow as well as the region with an irresistible landscape and diverse and the unique culture.

The project is funded by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Norway and the MAVA Foundation, and will be presented from WWF.

In the showroom will also be materials of JP “Srbijašume” Belgrade, Nature Park “Žumberak – Samoborsko gorje” and Lastovo Islands.

On the stand will exhibit the inevitable “Una Emeralds”, Ministry of Economy, “Opal Group” of Bihać with a new project “Art Natura” and TC “Nero”.
