The Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has filed an indictment against the former Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency, Osman Mehmedagić, and the suspended President of the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina, Ranko Debevec.

As a reminder, Debevec and Mehmedagić were arrested on December 18, 2023, for abuse of office, illegal wiretapping of a judge of the Court of BiH and employees of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH, during the conduct of investigative actions of the Prosecutor’s Office of BiH and the Court of BiH, forgery of documents, receiving rewards and other forms of benefits.

They spent three months in prison in Vojkovići, after which they were released with prohibitory measures, which were lifted in May.

Another case is being investigated against Osman Mehmedagić, where he is suspected of having served as Director of the Intelligence and Security Agency without a valid university degree.
