In the forced collection procedure at the first public auction, the Bihać Cantonal Tax Office conducted a public sale of the confiscated property of the taxpayer-debtor “As Gradnja” d.o.o. Velika Kladuša, due to the collection of owed public revenues.

Three cargo motor vehicles and one work machine were sold for a total of 107,080 BAM, the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina announced.

During the public auction, the bidders competed in several rounds, so for the offered property that was the subject of sale, a higher price than the initial price was achieved. The buyers paid that amount in full to the public revenue accounts of the taxpayer – the debtor – within the legal deadline.

On the same day, April 3, a direct sale of the confiscated property of the taxpayer-debtor “Rad putevi” d.o.o. Bihać was scheduled, for which there were no interested bidders.

The Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina calls on all taxpayers to settle their tax obligations in a timely manner, to report and pay them voluntarily, that is, to operate in accordance with tax and other valid regulations. Otherwise, in all cases of non-payment of obligations, the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina calculates default interest at the rate of 0.04 percent per day or 14.6 percent per year and the costs of forced collection of five percent, as well as the seizure and sale of the seized property, according to the statement by the Tax Administration of the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
