knjigiceOne of the leading Austrian insurance companies Vienna Insurance Group (VIG) donated funds for the purchase of reading materials in elementary schools “Slavinovići”, “Podorašje” and “Breške” in B&H.

Director of the school “Breške” Denis Ibrišević thanked VIG, and said that this, as well as other schools in B&H, have a hard time obtaining books for their students.

‘’Our students and teachers are sincerely grateful to the Association ‘Medo’ and the group VIG for this valuable donation. The childhoods of our students will be enriched by these books’’, he said.

The reading books were presented by member of the Association “Medo” Hazim Karić, who added that this donation is part of a big project of the Association, whose volunteers and activists are tirelessly working for children in B&H to have improved conditions in their schools.

At this phase of the project, the Association, with the help of its friends, provides reading for school libraries and allows children to easily obtain books, which would enrich their childhood, announced the Association ‘Medo’.
