The “TEDX University of Sarajevo” will be held today in Dom Mladih.

TED is an acronym for “Technology, Entertainment, Design” and is also the name of a non-profit organization whose goal is to present to the world “ideas worth spreading”..

On the official website of TED there are more than 1.400 lectures by speakers such as Bill Gates, Bono Vox, Al Gore, Tony Robbins, Richard Dawkins and many others.

Every year TED organizes several dozen events around the world, and within the program is TEDx.

TEDx is an independently organized event that offers the opportunity for companies, organizations and individuals to spread the spirit of TEX at a local level. The Sarajevan public will have the chance to hear live ideas of some prominent BiH innovators and thinkers.

Young students from the University of Sarajevo organized the event. It would bring this world brand to BiH, and the main sponsor is the Student Parliament of the University of Sarajevo.
