Today and Tomorrow: Doors Open Days in the Museum “Alija Izetbegović”

muzej_alija_izetbegovic_sarajevoSarajevo – the Museum “Alija Izetbegović” organized the doors open days in order to mark 89 years since the birth of the first president of the Presidency of B&H, Alija Izetbegović.

The visitors will have the chance to see the permanent exhibition located in two towers in Vratnik, Sarajevo.

The first part of the exhibition is in the tower Ploča and is dedicated to the personality of Alija Izetbegović while the other is in the tower Širokac and tells a story about the period of aggression on B&H and the role Izetbegović had as a commander-in-chief – was confirmed at the Museum for the FENA agency.

The doors open days last from 10:00 o’clock to 22:00 o’clock on the 8th and 9th August. Entrance is free.
