The Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina decided today that the trial of acting of the director of the “Official Gazette of Srpska” Miloš Lukić will be continued on March 6, at the same time as that of the President of the Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik, although no decision has been made on whether these two cases will be merged, as well as on whether judge Sena Uzunović will be excepted.

The Prosecutor’s Office announced that, among others, they will interrogate four Sipa inspectors who exempted documentation from the “Official Gazette”, and they should appear at the next hearing.

The trial of Lukić began today with the reading of the indictment and the presentation of the defense.

“With this indictment, we want to say that this country should be ruled by an individual,” said Miljkan Pucar, Lukić’s lawyer.

Dodik’s defense requested the exemption of Uzunović at the last hearing.

Lukić and Dodik are on trial in the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina for disobeying the decisions of the High Representative in Bosnia and Herzegovina, Christian Schmidt.

The proceedings against Lukić are separate from the proceedings before the Court of Bosnia and Herzegovina against the President of Republika Srpska Milorad Dodik at the hearing on January 17.
