Two Persons deprieved of Liberty for Migrants Smuggling in Bosnia and Herzegovina

Police officers of the Ključ Police Station found ten (10) migrants in two vehicles, after which two (2) persons were deprived of liberty.

The duty Prosecutor of the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina has been informed that, during the control of two vehicles, police officers of the Ključ Police Station found ten (10) persons, illegal migrants, after which two (2) persons were deprived of liberty.

Pursuant to an order of the Prosecutor, searches of the suspected persons are underway, and they are charged with the criminal offense of Smuggling of Persons referred to in Article 189, paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code of Bosnia and Herzegovina.

After the questioning of the suspects, the report will be submitted to the Prosecutor’s Office of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
