The decision of Mirsad Kebo to leave the SDA political party was sudden and unexpected. What was more surprising was his announcement that he will be performing his duties as the vice-president of the Federation of B&H but not as an SDA party member. Previously, Kebo was elected as the new Vice President on the proposal of the SDA political party.
Kebo’s announcement on leaving this political party did not state any particular reasons, although he has performed some of the leading position in public companies, as well as in the constitutional and executive branch thanks to SDA’a proposals. Kebo was the president of the Assembly of Canton Sarajevo, the governor of Canton Sarajevo, alderman at the House of Representatives of the Parliament of the Federation of B&H and a Minister in the Council of Minister of B&H.
It is reported from the SDA Service for Public Relations that is evident that there are other political reasons for this decision, and that it would be appropriate for Kebo to turn down the mandate he received on the proposal of SDA and to deliver his resignation to the position of the Vice President of the Federation of B&H.
