unicefOn occasion of 3 December, the International Day of Persons with Disabilities, UNICEF, in cooperation with the Association ‘Give us a chance’, is organizing tomorrow a cultural and entertainment event for children at the Bosnian Cultural Center (BKC) in Sarajevo, starting at 18:00.

During the event, there will be a premiere of a video spot ‘Speaking about possibilities’, the presentation of the first friends of the campaign-public figures, who will support the aims of the campaign with their engagement, and an exhibition of photographs by Dženat Dreković, as well as a number of points where children with and without disabilities will make up stories about inclusion.

UNICEF is implementing the campaign ‘Speaking about possibilities’ since July of this year in partnership with USAID and the EU in B&H.

The aim of the campaign is to highlight the rights and opportunities for children with disabilities, and to improve knowledge and attitudes of the general population, in relation to these children and their families, announced UNICEF.
