The M2M event “Air Strike” was realized at the Main training ground of the “Mika Bosnic” barracks location on Manjaca, in which units of the Armed Forces of Bosnia and Herzegovina (AFBiH) and the United States (U.S.) Armed Forces participated.

Reconnaissance units from the AFBiH and the U.S. Armed Forces took part in the exercise, while air support was provided by two helicopters from the Air Force Brigade and Air Defense Forces from the “Mahovljani” location, as well as two UH 60 helicopters of the U.S. Armed Forces.

The goal of this type of training is the exchange of experiences, and the improvement of individual and collective training and competence in responding, as well as raising the level of interoperability of forces from the composition of reconnaissance units of the AFBiH.

During the implementation, the units involved in the training were visited by the Deputy Minister of Defense of BiH, Mijo Kresic, and the Commander of the NATO headquarters in Sarajevo, Brigadier General Pamela McGaha.
