After the referee’s final whistle in the match between Hajduk and Osijek (0:2), the fans started whistling and chanting for coach Ivan Leka.
The coach of Hajduk approached and congratulated the Osijek bench for the victory, and at that moment chanting started from the east stand – “Leko, go away”.
Leko immediately went to the dressing room, and loud whistles could be heard from the stands for the bad performance of the Split team against Osijek.
The Croatian media write that Leko could soon leave the bench of Hajduk, and as his successor, among other things, BiH expert Vahid Halilhodžić is mentioned, who is currently out of work, but knows Hajduk and HNL well.
