Venice: Award for Emir Hadžihafizbegović

Zagreb, 27.02.2012 -  U kinu Cinestar u Avenue Mallu odrzana je novinarska premijera filma Ljudozder vegeterijanacThe Jury Horizons Program of the 71st International Film Festival in Venice awarded actor Emir Hadžihafizbegović for the lead role in the film “Those are the rules,” written and directed by Ognjen Svilicic.

After the award ceremony, Hadžihafizbegović said that that was “the most important recognition of his career.”

“I want to thank everyone, from my partner Jasna Žalica to the driver on the set and to the producers. I will take this award from Venice for the Croatian film elated and happy, but also responsible for the roles that are in front of me. I think that I gladden the Bosnian-Herzegovinian and Croatian cinematography”, added Hadžihafizbegović.
