European Championship Qualifiers: BiH – Cyprus 1:2

bilino poljeThe national football representation of Bosnia and Herzegovina was defeated in the qualifications for the European Championship 2016 in France.

In the first round of the B-group, the football players of Bosnia and Herzegovina were defeated by the selection of Cyprus with the result of 1: 2 (1: 1).

On the stadium Bilino Polje in Zenica, BiH led the game in the 6th minute with the goal scored by Vedad Ibisevic. In 45th minute Dimitris Christofi made the result even, and then scored a goal in 73rd minute and brought victory to his team.

The match at the stadium “Bilino Polje” was judged by the Ukrainian Jevhen Aranovski and was watched by 11 000 spectators.
