The second veterinary symposium will be held in Sarajevo today and tomorrow for veterinarians of small and large practices in BiH, along with international participation.
The organizers of the symposium are the Veterinary Faculty in Sarajevo, in cooperation with Veterans of North America (NAVC) and the Veterinary Chamber of the FBIH.
More than 200 veterinarians from BiH are expected to attend, as well as from the region. This year’s topics will be: Reproductive health of animals for optimum production, udder diseases, hygiene of milk production on farms, and teaching in the area of urology and nephrology, dermatology, and the like.
There will also be a workshop on the farm Bojnik in Sarajevo on the topic “Managing health and production of dairy cattle”.
Eminent experts from BiH, Croatia, Serbia, USA and Turkey will be lecturers.
The Sarajevo Veterinary Faculty and the Conference of Veterinarians from North America (NAVC) have years long cooperation in the sense of the exchange and training of staff, and the result of that cooperation is the organization of this traditional symposium.
