The Prime Minister of the Republic of Serbia Aleksandar Vučić, the President of Republika Srpska (RS) Milorad Dodik and the Prime Minister of RS Željka Cvijanović laid flowers at the memorial in the Memorial Center Srebrenica-Potočari, paying tribute to the victims of the Srebrenica genocide with a minute of silence.
Others who arrived in Potočari are the member of the Presidency of B&H Bakir Izetbegović, Vice-President of the FB&H Milan Dunović, Chairman of the Council of Ministers of B&H Denis Zvizdić, Vice-President of RS Ramiz Salkić, Head of the EU Delegation in B&H Lars-Gunnar WIgemark, Head of OSCE Mission in B&H Johnatan Moore, Ambassador of the Republic of Turkey to B&H Cihad Erginay, accompanied by the Director of the Turkish Agency for International Cooperation and Development (TIKA) Huseyin Sanli, Ambassador of the Republic of Serbia to B&H Stanimir Vukičević, and many other officials.
After laying flowers at the memorial in Potočari, officials from B&H and the region made a tour of the Memorial Center. Afterwards, the officials went to Srebrenica where the two-day Investment-Development Conference “Mogućnosti i perspective razvoja Srebrenica 2015” is to start soon.
Potočari and Srebrenica are being secured by a large number of members of police offices from both B&H entities.
