What is agreed at Sessions of BiH Presidency?

After the session of Bosnia and Herzegovina’s (BiH’s) Presidency, Zeljko Komsic, the Chairman of the BiH Presidency, said that there was no agreement neither from the National Annual Plan nor about the appointment of a mandate for the Council of Ministers.

“There was no talks on the ANP or the mandator. If you ask me what it will be, I can say I’m sorry. Somehow, 15 minutes ago, I believed we would come to that compromise. I am at the disposal of anyone for any arrangements regarding the ANP and the mandates. We made conclusions fairly easily. We knew roughly to which direction this would all will go. There was no need for discussions,” Komsic said.

Komsic also suggested conclusions that could be seen as a compromise on the ANP, which implied that he would instruct the future mandator to submit to the ANP, and if he did not do so, the BiH Presidency would finish this subject.

“This is a major political decision. Whether we are continuing the path to NATO or not,” Komsic said, adding that it was not a NATO Action Plan, since we did it last year.

“The ANP is one step further,” Komsic added, noting that the ANP issue remained open.

At the end of the conference, he told the press that US Ambassador Eric Nelson and UK Ambassador Matthew Field had asked him not to complicate the situation in BiH and to leave room for some agreement, News Agency Patria reports.
